In your health journey, inspiration can come from many places. I get inspiration from my sister (a D1 cross country runner), my friends, random people at the gym, photos, quotes, blogs and many, many other places. I find that inspiration can be a great source of motivation to keep you going! However, many fitness blogs can be supporting unhealthy images so I am sharing with you my favorite sources of inspiration for their healthy outlook and ability to motivate me when I’m feeling stuck.
